First of all, we would like to apologize for our late response to your message dated April 21,2011.
As known, sales rules and fares differ according to the type of tickets, the origin points and airport taxes.
We have different sales rules and fares varying according the type of tickets, the origin points and airport taxes.
In regard with your case, it was determined that, the electronic ticket was issued according to the fare rules.
According to the sales rules, if passengers do not realize their flights without informing the airline, they lose all their rights
relating to the tickets. In regard with your case, please be advised that as you did not apply to check-in counter for TK 1953
Istanbul/Amsterdam flight and did not cancel your flight, your ticket's status became no-show and your ticket was reissued
to TK 1955 Amsterdam flight on the same day.
In the light of this explanation, please be advised that we are not unable to meet your demand positively due to the rules
as explained.
